We will be meeting Saturday mornings for an hour, with the option for extended study for those who wish to stay longer. So, bring your morning beverage, Bible and study journal so we can dive deeper into the Word of God online.
Through coaching, education, and practice, women who attend regularly can expect to gain awareness and learn tips and tricks on how to prioritize and integrate self-care into their lifestyle without feeling guilty or selfish. We meet first Saturday of each month in person.
